At Retale, every order is carefully packed and shipped with tracked delivery to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.

UK Shipping

• Orders up to £150 will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 and will be calculated at checkout. 
• All orders above £150 will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and will be calculated at checkout. 
• Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday will be sent same day for next day delivery.
• Orders placed over weekends or during holidays will be sent the next working day.

International Shipping

• Europe (5–7 working days)
• Rest of World (7–10 working days)

Please note: international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their local authority.

Tracking & Insurance

• All orders are shipped via tracked and signed services.
• Tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
• All items are insured for additional peace of mind.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.
